JACK C. LAMB, MA, LMFTA

(he/him)

As a mental health therapist, I draw on formal clinical training and lived experience working with burnout, stress, trauma, and self-doubt—particularly in high-pressure academic, professional, and performance-oriented environments. I work from a person-centered, collaborative approach, offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients set the pace and direction of their therapeutic work. My aim is to help individuals build resilience, gain clarity, and move toward the life and relationships they want with intention and self-compassion.

As a coach, I partner with clients who are seeking growth, direction, and accountability outside of a therapeutic framework. Coaching is future-oriented and action-focused, supporting clients as they clarify goals, strengthen leadership and self-awareness, and move through transitions with greater confidence and agency. This work is distinct from psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

About me. I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and still call it home today. I earned a BA in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, where I was a student-athlete and worked at the Claremont Autism Center.

After college, I founded my own business and spent more than 13 years building and leading teams of diverse, talented individuals. That work went far beyond traditional management; it meant learning how to work with people of different personalities, strengths, and life paths, and supporting many as they grew into confident, capable professionals. This experience continues to inform my approach to mentorship, leadership, and human development.

I later completed my MA in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Santa Barbara and now operate a private psychotherapy practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in Washington State, license number MFT.MG.70058169. My coaching work is offered separately and independently from my clinical therapy practice.
